  1. Most films come back in about 24 hours. Batches of more than 10 videos, or a custom story type or scene style, can take longer. We flag that before we start.
  2. We pull addresses and supporting images from your list or link. You confirm you have the right to use those images.
  3. Check how the type foundry's EULA handles use in video, including social, streaming, or broadcast. You confirm you hold those rights. Outlined lettering as SVG is supported by Hydrant. In some cases Hydrant needs to buy a separate licence to make your video, we'll tell you if that applies.
  4. Accurate geography is computed from open geodata (OpenStreetMap, Natural Earth, and similar sources), not generated. Data is provided under open licenses (e.g. CC BY). Sources are credited in each film. Not for navigation.
  5. Shown totals are list prices. The first format is included; each extra format adds 25%. VAT extra if it applies. The binding price is in the offer.
  6. You get the finished film to use in your channels. We may show a watermarked still or short clip in our portfolio and on hydrant.app, unless you ask us not to. Your brand files stay yours.
