Settings Pages

The Settings pages allow you to manage your workspaces, profile, billing, and team members.

Scenes Page

The Scenes page lists all visualization scenes in your workspace.

What You See

  • Filter Bar - Filter scenes by type (bar, line, geo), sort by name or date, and toggle between grid and list views
  • Scene Cards - Each scene shows its name, type, linked datasets, and last updated time
  • Templates Section - Pre-built scene templates for quick scene creation

Actions

New Scene – Create a new empty scene.
Use Template – Create a new scene from a pre-built template.
Open Scene – Click a scene card to open it in the 3D editor.
Sort – Sort scenes by name, last updated, or creation date (ascending or descending).
View Mode – Toggle between grid view and list view.

Workspaces

The Workspaces page shows all workspaces you own or are a member of.

What You See

  • Usage Banner - Shows your current workspace count and a New Workspace button
  • My Workspaces - Workspaces you own
  • Member Workspaces - Workspaces where you are a member (invited by the owner)

Actions

Create Workspace – Create a new workspace from the usage banner.
Open Workspace – Click a workspace to switch to it.

Workspace Settings

The Workspace Settings page displays information and management options for the current workspace.

Workspace Card

  • Workspace name and details
  • Current plan information
  • Owner information

Preview Quota

  • Shows usage against your plan's quota limits

Danger Zone

  • Delete Workspace - Permanently delete the workspace and all its data (workspace owners only)
  • Leave Workspace - Leave a workspace you are a member of (members only)

Profile Settings

The Profile Settings page lets you manage your personal account.

Profile

  • Profile Image - Upload or change your profile picture
  • Name and Email - View and edit your display name and email
  • Edit User - Opens a dialog to update profile details

Active Sessions

  • Lists all your active login sessions with device type, operating system, and browser
  • Terminate Session - End a specific session on another device
  • Sign Out - Sign out from the current session

Two-Factor Authentication

  • Enable 2FA - Set up two-factor authentication for added security
  • Disable 2FA - Remove two-factor authentication

Password & Security

Displayed as a separate card:

  • Password Status - Shows whether a password is currently set
  • Change Password - Update your existing password (requires current password, new password, and confirmation)
  • Set Password - If you signed up via social login or magic link and don't have a password, sends a password setup email

Danger Zone

  • Delete Account - Permanently delete your account. Requires typing "Confirm delete" to proceed. Shows your email address and account creation date as a reminder.

Billing

The Billing page shows your subscription and credit information.

Your Plan

  • Current plan type (Free, Creator, Pro, etc.)
  • Renewal or end date
  • Billing cycle and price
  • Upgrade button (if eligible for a higher plan)

Credit Balance

  • Current credit balance for rendering exports

Credit History

  • Transaction history showing credit usage and additions

Manage Billing Details

  • Link to the Stripe billing portal for managing payment methods, invoices, and subscription details (available for subscribed users)

Admin Features

  • Credit Adjustment - Administrators can manually adjust credit balances (admin only)

Members

The Members page lets workspace managers control team access.

Member Quota

  • Usage banner showing how many member seats are used out of the plan's limit

Invite Members

  • Invite Form - Enter an email address to invite a new member to the workspace (available to workspace managers)

Members Table

  • List of all workspace members with search and pagination
  • Shows member name, email, role, and status
  • Actions for managing member roles and permissions

Pending Invitations

  • List of sent invitations that haven't been accepted yet
  • Shows invitation email, date sent, and status
